Single mom here but my child is older now but have lots of coworkers whose kids are young.
Try not to worry if you have conference calls and your kids makes noise or talks - people are being really understanding these days
try and alternate 20 mins between playing by themselves and then you playing / interacting with them for 20 minutes
Quiet time - after lunch for 90 minutes - just turn something on the screen
and when all else fails just let them watch tv - you have to work and this won't go on forever and your kid won't suffer damage
