I was wondering that also, but I think OP had hard time finding the right words to explain how the nanny would feel. She must be the sort of nanny who shows up in snowstorm pushing someone's car.[/quote]

It’s hard to put into words but yes, she has missed two days for illness is 6 years and actually did help our neighbor dig her stuck car out of our hill once. So yes she’s that kind of person.
