So at a high level, almost all clubs in this area will land you between 2-3k.  That is much more than $400, even the volunteer coach for a travel team is going to cost you 1k.

I'll go conservative:

2k base fee for club
$200 Uni
$200 tourney fees and indoor
$200 for 1 tournment hotel cost
