[/quote] We moved South, and, if you stay well north of around, say, Orlando, I would describe the seasons are more like 6 months of summer and 6 months of fall/spring, with the odd "winter" day thrown in. I'm sitting on my front porch right now, it was a beautiful day, but it's getting a little chilly as the sun goes down. It's actually really nice if you have the means to get away during the two hottest months of the summer. If you want something more like 4 seasons with a shorter winter, I'd look in the mountains around Asheville or Highlands, or even north Georgia (it's snowing in Atlanta today!). [/quote]
