I suppose you could get a restraining order, if you can prove he’s been following and harassing you. Consult a lawyer. Don’t worry about this blow-up, but try not to get angry next time. Instead, film him right back while you ask him to stop following him. Evidence, you see.
This is ridiculous. NO she cannot get a restraining order! And what a waste of the court's time if she could! Unless you are an attorney, don't give such stupid advice.
Following her around when she changes location and filming her? It's at least harassment. I'd talk to a lawyer OP. Or get there early and sit in between other people. Or bring a friend and have a neutral conversation. I'm not sure if filming is treated the same as recording a conversation if you intend to use it as evidence of something, but in some states he'd need permission from both parties. Or as others have said, totally ignore his presence, unnerving as it is. He'll get tired of doing this after awhile. As for the blowing up, I don't think that's going to cost you custody for one instance. Just don't do it again. He's obviously found a way to push your buttons. Don't let him.
