2. The really only situation when you can pass the buss in some jurisdictions
and don't count that if you go to the  next county it will be the same..
is this..  a road has few lanes each direction and it is divided by a median.
median is an actual little strip of "land" that a kid can hop on to wait
needed be and not to end up under incoming traffic of the opposite direction:
Just two yeallow linies are NOT MEDIAN!!! you can't pass the buss
if there are just lines on no matter how busy street.
