I'm sorry OP. Hopefully your son will not be charged or charges will be dropped with a fine. Get a good lawyer if it gets to that. Then get record expunged. At very least in MD you can get the record off the internet (ie public record)by paying a small amount. I think it's $35.

Not all high schoolers are minors.Think seniors who are 18. In our public high school there were plenty of seniors who are 18 think redshirting for sports.
