The issue is that with the mirrors folded it’s incredibly difficult to back out of the garage. My husband manually folded the ones on the van we test drove. The trim package that includes power folding mirrors is $46k including taxes, and like I said it’s nearly impossible to back out without the benefit of mirrors - I don’t want to do that 2-3x a day. Yes there are other vans, but the Odyssey is our favorite by far. Maybe the new Sienna will wow us, but I don’t expect it to be narrower.[/quote] Op I have a 2015 Odyssey that barely makes it through the garage- does your van have a rear camera? For backing up out of the garage in particular I only use the camera at this point and I only check the mirrors out as I approach the door frame with them. Something to consider?[/quote]
