Because if he continues to do a subpar job, then you'll do it for him, and that is one less parenting task he must take on.

It isn't that some of these DHs [b]can't[/b] do it or aren't capable of it, it is that they [b]WON'T[/b], because then Mom will always step up to the plate.[/quote]
