To pp/op that will try this. Do let us know how it goes. I am cutting out major foods that I tested positive for allergies, not sensitivities. I have "given" myself autoimmune issues basically. Just thinking about a pepper or a cucumber is making me sick, and if I eat them I throw up. However, it turned out that those were not my main problems, it is dairy and wheat. Given that you cut those out yourself, it would be great if you update us, as even my gastro is saying it is not likely I am allergic to peppers and other shades, but he also says that since I throw up if I eat any of them raw, I should cut them out, as that is common sense. So, if you remember to update, it would be much appreciated.
Sure, I'll update. I'm on day 2 of the 3 day cleanse right now and I feel pretty crappy, actually. Bad fatigue, headache and more brain fog than usual. Apparently this is normal, and hopefully it will get better soon. I've been primarily eating foods filled with lectins all summer so I guess this is a big difference to my system. I'm not at all organized or planned for this diet as I probably should have been, so that probably wasn't smart but all of a sudden yesterday I was motivated to start when I woke up and I have been in a pattern where I'll tell myself I'll start tomorrow and then don't actually do it so I wanted to capitalize on my motivation.
