It  is not spectacular but it is totally okay if you are comfy in it and feel good in it. It is FAR  from mumu that sends you back into 1950's or modern day senior center. Those necessarily have either that specific squared off top and side pockets and often come buttoned in front.. or not..

Yours is much closer in form to a shift dress really..  that can have different sleeve situation .. be sleeveless or have something  but always is free form A loose nothing restricting in the waist.. free flow of the air in the "strategic areas"  :lol:

Whereas Sundress as someone suggested is a PURE nightmare in anything above 90F outdoor air, let alone humid.
It turns into a Turkish Sauna. It is borderline heal hazard due to the  air flow restriction in the mid section caused by
the "defined waist".  No matter how open it is on the top, once you have this cutting you in half hugging waist belt like situation the air has nowhere to go but to pool around your core. It is really bad idea for any tropic like situation health wise, so above certain temps and humid the free flowing forms are way better.
