Vote for candidates who support tougher sentencing.  MoCo judges live by the Nolle Prosequi mantra.

I was robbed a few years back and had to show up to court 4 time because the perp would FTA.  He was facing a maximum of 18 years on 6 counts and walked away with 2 days (time served... over nights when warrants were served).  Meanwhile my kid took about 6 months to feel comfortable in their own house.

We don't need more gun control laws.   We need more gun owners.  Criminals don't care about your gun control laws.

Disagree. Putting people in jail crated career criminals and recidivism. Guns create murders. We need social solutions and punishments that fit the crimes and reform the people who can be helped ( I’m not talking about everyone). [/quote]

Putting people in jail for violent crimes seems reasonable to me.  And guns don't create murder and more than car dealerships and bars do.  [/quote]
