But as seller we would have no clue why they x-out the house. Too small, or overpriced, bad color, busy street.

When I sold my house only negative I could not fix it was it was a split, smaller driveway, only three bedrooms.  So an X for that is what it is. But if folks X-out for fixable things I would like to know. But I dont. It serves not much purpose for seller as just throws "shade" on my house.       [/quote]

Even if it's things the seller can't fix, the house is not right for that buyer.  If you have overwhelming amount of Xs, then fix the price.  Price is always the answer.[/quote]
