But as seller we would have no clue why they x-out the house. Too small, or overpriced, bad color, busy street.
When I sold my house only negative I could not fix it was it was a split, smaller driveway, only three bedrooms. So an X for that is what it is. But if folks X-out for fixable things I would like to know. But I dont. It serves not much purpose for seller as just throws "shade" on my house.

OP, you're taking this too personally. I X-out homes I don't like so they don't appear again. I favorite them so my spouse knows to look at them later in the day when he gets around to it.
