Nonissue.  A person who ran against Theo wrote a letter to the editor about how it had absolutely zero impact on their ability to work together.

The Washington Post reported this issue of Theo asking for endorsements in which anonymous attorneys sated it was a problem and then in an opinion piece another attorney someone said it wasn't an issue-who is slinging mud?  Your argument is that this 4/24 was an opinion piece it is not.  2 Washington post reporters Justin Jouvenal and Rachel Weiner reported that the current CA Theo S was “actively solicited the endorsement of lawyers who represent clients in Arlington”

To me this is an issue the people of Arlington to should know about and is not mud slinging.  She should not be actively soliciting endorsements-as you don't want her to give favored treatment to someone who is guilty or unfavorable treatment to some one who is not.[/quote]
