[/quote] Actually, at least in the U12 age group, I've noticed that some of the upper end teams in NCSL are stronger than some of the lower EDP division teams when they have faced eachother in tournaments. Certainly the highest EDP teams are stronger than NCSL teams but I don't think that's the case top to bottom. Some overlap there. Plus these kids are 12 so obviously consistency is not always there yet. [/quote]
