Look, 115 colleges is excessive, but also extremely rare. What would be the point in punishing the next class of applicants? I'm always surprised at the number of students that apply to three or four schools. That's great if you really know where you want to go and plus a safety or two. Most students, particularly around here, ought to apply more broadly, because merit aid is much harder to predict than most think. [/quote]
