That's why many of us parents stress over Level 4 services. Also, for the parent who asked about Level 3 services - this is school-based decision but if you want your child considered, I would encourage you to contact the AAP resource teacher at your school at the end of this school year or the beginning of next. My oldest was initially overlooked for Level 3 services and invited to join later in the fall. He ended up doing very well in the minimal Level 3 program offered at his base school but he missed almost 1/4 of the school year. [/quote]
