[/quote] The general assembly already passed it. The Gov has until March 26th to sign or veto it. I believe if he doesn't veto it, it becomes law anyway. Not 100% sure on the last point. But, I am sure that it has already passed the Gen. Assmb. It hasn't been signed yet, but I believe it is going to be b/c Northam was on board.[/quote]
