Bottled water. There's fluoride in our water for a reason.
Our bodies do not need fluoride. It’s all nutrition. People don’t want to believe it though. It would mean that they’re responsible for the problems and that they need to change what they feed their kids. But most people think because they don’t give soda and their kids eat a vegetable every night then they’re healthy. The info is all out on the internet for anyone who wants to know.
Wow - cuz the internet only has info that's true. Yes- we would survive without much fluoride, and it is naturally occurring in some foods at high enough levels such that you could get the benefit of it form diet, but most people don't eat the foods that are high enough in fluoride to give the benefit. Archaeologists have looked at populations that had particularly good teeth given the complete lack of dental care at the time the people lived and shown that they eat foods high in fluoride that were't available to other populations. Not to mention the properly conducted, peer reviewed studies that show fluoride does in fact reduce cavities and promote good dental health.
