Data in this study is from 1998-2008.  Fox was propaganda then and Fox is propaganda now.

Most conservatives have what psychologists sometimes call “rightwing authoritarian” personalities: they like simplicity, to be told what to do, minimal diversity of both people and ideas.
Liberals tend to have the opposite personality (RWA traits are anti-correlated with creative-talent brainy occupations: this is why scientists, artists, professors, writers, real journalists, tech people, attorneys, etc all lean liberal.)

Fox is created for the rightwing authoritarian personality.  It’s all fear, hate, all about being told what to do and think. Tons of repetition.  You must not have an authoritarian personality which is why you hate it.[/quote]
