I second this.  Her leadership at Ross was very questionable.  Maybe she is more effective in admin outside of the school environment.  Maybe. Her decisions were swift without a lot of foresight about the impact on the students and families.  [/quote]

She hasn't made any major changes yet has she? I think part of why she's appealing is that not much has changed. When she is permanent and starts shaking things up we may not like her as much as we do now.[/quote]
