Spend about 200/week, family of 3. Shop at Whole Foods primarily with occasional supplements from other stores. The produce quality is much higher but otherwise it’s just convenient to buy most things at one store.
This is us but we are just 2 adults. We buy all fruits, vegetables, meat, eggs, milk, etc. at Whole Foods. We buy paper products, cleaning products, shampoo, deodorant, etc. at Costco or Giant or Wegman's. We eat out about 1-2 times a week and have an occasional lunch out at work. We might be close to 1K per month for all of these items. We are fortunate that we don't have to watch this spending closely as we still save a good amount each month. We have been married over 35 years and when we first started out it was all Shoppers Food Warehouse and $50 a week budget! Life changes.
