What has he done to earn the national team job?  He is barely above 500 in a mediocre league like MLS.  Arena has a better winning percentage in the same league and was considered to be the best MLS coach, when he took the national team job.   We all know how it turned out.  [/quote]

If the USSF wants to say local, they should go with Tab Ramos, who has done great coaching the U20 team. I’d rather go international as well, but if they feel they have to go with an American, he’s a much better choice. [/quote]
