This exactly, find which lifestyle/diet works for you without feeling too restricted. I tried Whole 30 this past year and it was a huge struggle for me. Currently doing Keto and its really easy for me. I don't feel deprived and I can eat as much as I want and still stay within my calorie range. I don't have shaky between meals issues and I am never "starving" Once in awhile I crave fruit and have a few berries or grapes. Mostly it prevents me from mindlessly snacking on things and forces me to meal prep[/quote]
