However, I heard somewhere that the best way of eating for anyone is whatever gets you to lose weight and feel good, but also allows you to go about your day without feeling like you’re on a diet. If you go to bed at night and your last thought isn’t what sacrifices you’ve made on your food, the fact that you’re hungry, or anything else about your “diet”, then you’re doing it right. I never think about the fact that I don’t eat carbs until I’m around a bunch of people eating it. I was tempted in the beginning, but now I’m kinda grossed out by all the sugar. Since starting keto I’ve had two planned carb days and I felt so gross after, it was easy to go back.
But my point is, find something you can stick to.

So my percentage of fat is probably not where it should be for Keto. But when I look at the videos of people who have successfully lost a fair amount of weight on Keto, they aren't going overboard on the fat, either.

I had success, either keeping weight off or losing, but when I stopped tracking I gained it all back and almost 20 lbs more. I'm sick about it.
I think WW is sustainable and doable and promotes eating a wide variety of healthy foods; I just want to eat whatever I want and be skinny.

OP here, thanks PP. I am thinking maybe I should just go back to WW too. I love fruits too much and they are good for you.....whichever I pick, it needs to become a life-style, since I had success with WW, but once I stopped it, the weight came back. Are you doing it on-line, or do you go to meetings?
Just online right now. I don’t know when I could go to the meetings. It’s working well so far!
