I'm responding to your earlier comment: "If they are screening the kids to see if they are a "good fit" for the school and not accepting/enrolling based off of the playdate, that's a whole other conversation and actually discrimination." My argument is that screening kids to see if they are a good fit for the school it perfectly within their rights to do. It is not discrimination (which by definition suggests something unjust).
