My understanding is that SGF dos not offer shared risk for patients older that 40. For not shared risk patients, it's your choice whether to do PGS testing. For what it's worth, our RE was not too enthusiastic about PGS testing. We had to strongly insist on it. At the end, it was the right decision for us. [/quote]

Sorry, I neglected to mention in my original question that we are over 40 and looking at Donor Egg (DE) Shared Risk program.[/quote]
PGS is not a requirement for donor egg since the donor ages are typically under 30. We just did shared risk frozen egg DE and our RE did not recommend it. If you do 1:1 fresh egg and get a ton of blasts it may be worth it.[/quote]
