If you see a baby left in a hot car do you find a way to "tactfully" tell the parents to get little Johnny out?

The problem is that if what you really care about is the kids, then it's to their benefit to say what needs to be said in a way that makes it more likely to be heard and acted upon.  Blowing up on the mother is not likely to produce the desired results.[/quote]
