[/quote] What is in that text isn’t illegal. The cops will tell PP that. They will send her away empty handed. However, it does violate the Code of Conduct. The cops can’t do anything, but MCPS can. The same is true for giving a child gifts or being alone in a classroom. Not illegal, but a firing offense. This is likely true of most non-physical grooming behaviors. [/quote]
