Part of the job is to make sure that they get volunteers, if there weren't enough sign-ups, and it's normal to do this on a 1:1 basis by reaching out to friends. I'm not so sure why this is hard for you to understand? It's not a "pyramid scheme" or an MLM scheme, because the end result is ***fundraising for your child's school ***, not money flowing upwards with no return to you. [/quote]
