How can it only be $20 a month? Are you including face wash, shampoo, conditioner etc? A bottle of suncreen costs me around $20 avg and I go through 2-3 a year. [/quote]

Because hygiene is not beauty.

I have some white hairs amid my dark hair, no grey. Not planning on dyeing my hair. I do not include standard toiletries because we all share the same bottles in the family, so it’s not individual to me. We use Klorane/Bioderma/Avene/La Roche Posay shampoo, shower gel, etc, out of the family household items budget. I have my own little La Roche Posay sunscreen and RoC retinol for myself, but a little goes a long way. A Dior lipstick or Chanel polish once in a while. If stored carefully, make-up is good way past their expiration dates.

The idea that you need to use a ton of stuff daily to look decent has been created by the cosmetics industry. You don’t actually need much. The people around me who use the least stuff have the best complexions.[/quote]
