I don’t live in the DC metro area. I haven’t been terribly tuned into the elections in the VA/DC area. But, I do have family and friends in VA with children who don’t attend the most affluent schools in FCPS. So, my post was more a concern for the schools, not the elections. If you think this was timed for Stewart - blame the WaPo. It was this organization who published the story highlighting the problem. And, it’s not just “fearful conservatives” who are concerned about the growing MS-13 problem. Read the thread in the metro - plenty of admitted liberals agree it is an issue that needs to be dealt with. [/quote]
