Which betrays that none of the politicians really care, they're just using them as a political football. The "plan" is that they're permanently in limbo. Which is why I argue that DACA is cruel, because it gives the impression of a solution when it's really not. Yes, children who are brought here illegally are in a terrible position. But children suffer from their parents horrible decisions all the time, and this is just one more case of that. We either need to provide a real path to citizenship/greencard, or deport immediately.[/quote]
