But how do we know what Roseann was thinking when she sent that tweet out?  She obviously doesn't like VJ, she may have been looking at a picture of her and lashing out on her overall appearance.  The fact that she knew VJ was African American may not have played a part in thinking she looked like she was from Planet of the Apes.  [/quote]

Why just automatically say that?  Stop and really think about it.  Look at VJ's picture.  When you look at it objectively it does seem rather possible that the comment was not made for the reason that everyone would otherwise naturally assume. [/quote]

OMG, because now here YOU are saying Valerie Jarrett looks like an ape and you KNOW that she is black. So you think Roseanne could plead ignorance (which she DIDN'T) but you aren't racist for saying the same damn thing??
