Keep dreaming.  Anyone with half a brain who buys real estate knows that the reputation of the schools affects property values. Like it or not, GS ratings are the easiest, quickest, and most common way to get a quick feel for school quaility - there’s a reason most real estate websites include them.  Discerning buyers will look beyond the GS numbers, but many people, especially those needing to quickly relocate in time for a new school year may not look much beyond them.  [/quote]
