Like one PP said, my body and appetite has chnaged so I feel better this way and I hate the feeling of being stuffed. People have been asking about working out--I have a little one and work full time and I am not on the 5am work out bandwagon, so doing HIIT or spin comes rarely these days, unlike before. But I bike commute to work a few times a week which is 12 miles roundtrip with a ton of hills. My dad is a surgeon and he ate like this his whole life -- he did not want anything in his stomach for his early morning surgeries so he wouldn't feel full and distracted. Never ate before 4:00 pm and now at 82 he is still really healthy and a good weight. Congrats on finding what's right for you. [/quote]
