[/quote] I do have hunger pains. I approach them this way--I set a timer for 30min. I drink a bottle of water or some tea. If at the end of 30min I am still starving or feel like crap, for me I have found it's normally something I need to address bc of another reason. Like I am on my period or haven't slept or something like that. And in that case, I eat. I am not about to be miserable. But honestly normally it passes after 15min or so.
