Its not worth driving for 1 hour to work for 2 hours. If the person lives by and could be there in 5-10 minutes, then it may be worth it for them, otherwise the per hour rate may be high or pay them for their travel hours as well. So instead of paying for 2 hours, pay for 3 hours to account for commute and sweeten the deal. [/quote]
