OP here. I did call the organization someone linked to above. They told me that since they only do adoptions through foster care and since they are located in Florida that only adoptive couples in Florida are eligible to work withbthem. We are not in florida. Does anyone know any other agencies?
Why didn't you ask THEM if they know of any other jewish adoption agencies? Holy crap, how inept are you people if you can't figure that out?!
Op here. You are being very rude. I did ask them if they were aware of any other agencies and they said they did not know of any and our adoption lawyer also did not know of any. I also signed up with the other link posted , the Jewish children's adoption network but was told they almost never have any leads maybe once a year and usually for teenagers. We have been signed up with them for 2 years now and I have followed up bit it's hasn't led anywhere. Unfortunately there just aren't any adoption agencies that tend to have Jewish placements even in nyc, I called every adoption agency I'm nyc to inquire.
