I just lost 70 lbs mostly working out in the afternoons. I have seen the claim that something happens hormonally if you do it on an empty stomach but the same can be done if you just stop eating 2 hours before the workout. As for the claim that you can't put Truvia in your cofee first thing in the morning, BS. I always have a little something before I work out. Otherwise I just can't perform as well.[/quote]
