OP here. Let me be more specific. The meal was about 2.5 hours long because the service was so slow. I got home about 1.5 hours later (stopped at gas station and target to pick up tums) and ran to the bathroom and it was regular diarrhea, followed by more regular diarrhea, followed by blood diarrhea. So it wasn't exactly one hour later...maybe a few hours later the blood diarrhea started coming. [/quote]
