To be honest, I'd say The Inn at Little Washington. It's perfectly fine (if you ignore the price), but the hype doesn't match reality, imo.

If you got bloody diarrhea an hour after eating, it's because of something you ate well before you got to the restaurant.


OP here. Let me be more specific. The meal was about 2.5 hours long because the service was so slow. I got home about 1.5 hours later (stopped at gas station and target to pick up tums) and ran to the bathroom and it was regular diarrhea, followed by more regular diarrhea, followed by blood diarrhea. So it wasn't exactly one hour later...maybe a few hours later the blood diarrhea started coming.

Iron Gate. Pretty - but terrible service and so so food. I would return - but only for the bar area which looked nice.
