would've been better had they used hardwood floors in a deep brown. The grey floors they used look like laminate (probably not laminate, but it's so smooth, shiny and a weird color that it seems cheap).

It’s staged in all muted grays. Have some imagination with color and different furniture. It can look gorgeous and warm.

The shower you see with the stool is the 'minor' Master Suite on main level - the real one is on the 2nd floor. The first floor one would be best as an wonderful guest suite as the spacious office and that little narrow room with another desk is another of the suite of rooms. I am surprised at how many find it cold: it sure didn't feel that way in person. And no way if in my dreams that I had this home that I wouldn't add a bit of color - and some additional natural textures - but it was just lovely to walk through and dream. First floor has 12' ceilings and rest of house was I think 9'. So much light every where - even amazing lower level.
