As far as I can tell, there was a lot of trading off with families who also had kids leaving for college, because move-in days are sufficiently staggered that not everyone goes the same weekend. So one family would host a sleepover or go stay with the younger kids, and then the next weekend the parents who had done dropoff would watch someone else's kids. [/quote]
