I guess there is a chance it became more Southern and provincial in the past 20 years, but it seems unlikely. [/quote] NC Native. NC has become significantly less “Southern” in feel over the past few decades due to the emergence of the Research Triangle (tech/research hub in the Raleigh area), the growth of Charlotte, etc. [/quote]
