I just try to follow American Heart Association guidelines for added sugar consumption for kids. I don't want to blow it unnecessarily on stuff like yogurt, which is actually quite sweet. I'm not sure why it wouldn't constitute a dessert on a regular day. It sounds like 13/14 grams is normal-sih. I'll try adding the jam option.[/quote]
