Your baby is on Whole 30?!?
Our whole family is doing it, so yeah. He loves all food, so this works for him. He eats everything.
Please tell me you are a troll and joking. Children need a fully balanced diet for brain growth. I'm sure the authors of Whole 30 would tell you it is in no way meant for a toddler. So you're not giving him any milk, yogurt, cheese, carbs? You are an idiot.
Well, he still get breastmilk and formula several times a day. And vitamin d supplements. We suspect a dairy intolerance with him and his brother. This was yesterday. Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs apple sausage tomatoes green smoothie: banana, mango, kale, carrot, celery, almond milk 4oz of formula lunch: leftover beef stew: beef, sweet potatoes, carrots, celery, onion. He also had raspberries. 4oz of formula Dinner chicken meatballs carrot noodles strawberries mashed potatoes (with coconut milk and ghee) before bed: 4 oz formula
