As for the Purple Line bringing crime to Bethesda, it's just replacing existing bus routes or making shorter rail trips there (like from College Park). You think the criminals are holding back because their commute time to Bethesda is 45 minutes and would be reduced to 20 minutes with the Purple Line?

What's next, do criminals scramble for an EZPass Flex so they can use the HOV lanes for free on their gang-banging trips?
