They want to use their ill gotten gains on the better shopping and restaurants to be found in Bethesda.   And they need the PL because while they can manage to get cars, they don't like dealing with parking in downtown Bethesda.

Oh, and the replacement of the old gravel trail with a new paved trail will also bring more MS 13 to Bethesda. Unlike many other hispanics in the region, they do not ride mountain bikes, only narrow tired road bikes.  Have you never heard of the Tour de Plunder? [/quote]
